We are seeking licensed therapists who are enthusiastic about helping individuals and organizations on their journey to well-being. As a Therapist at Hurt And Healing Behavioral Health and Wellness, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Your role will involve conducting individual and group therapy sessions, assessments, and creating tailored treatment plans. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and have the support to provide the highest standard of care. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in workshops, seminars, and educational programs that empower personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes.

  • Stay current with industry standards and best practices in mental and behavioral health.

  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and educational programs to support personal and professional growth.

  • Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and the well-being of clients.


  • A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of North Carolina.

  • Demonstrated experience in individual and group therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A passion for personal growth, well-being, and resilience.
