When you ball up your fist,

stick out your thumb

and that my friend

is Number ONE!

Remember not to hurt at all

Not people, Not toys, Not even the wall


Now take TWO deep breaths and count to ten

And if you're still mad, do it again!


Find THREE other words

for how I feel

So I can learn

just what is real




If nothing else works,

I'll ask FOUR help

Or Take FIVE minutes

to calm myself.
