About the event
Welcome to our Teen Support Group! This group will provide tools and skills to help with managing emotions, building healthy relationships, practicing mindfulness, and increasing self-efficacy and overall wellness. Our goal is to support teens in personal exploration, self-identity, and navigating the big question "who am I and where am I going?"

Each day we will be covering a different topic which will build off of one another throughout the week. You can choose to attend the days you are available or the entire week.
